Julie has been a member of the wellness and fitness community, both as a student and practitioner, for almost 30 years.

Her love of science and passion for education has helped her keep current on all things holistic; she has earned 160 certifications in the fields of Ayurveda (the science of life), Human Anatomy and Physiology, Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Energy Therapies, Exercise Science, Yoga, and Pilates.

The best type of wellness practice is the one that works for you personally. During a wellness assessment, using her knowledge and intuition, Julie identifies any roadblocks and personal challenges, while also highlighting strengths, talents and gifts. A wellness plan for each individual, which honors the mind-body-spirit connection, will help clients lead a more balanced and healthy life.
